How much should I actually be spending on Google Ads for my industry?
+
In a competitive metro we commonly recommend starting around $3,000 to $4,000 a month — enough to buy real reach and enough data to make decisions from. That is a starting point, not a rule. The right number moves with your market, service area, competition, goals and how many jobs your team can actually take. That spend goes to Google from your own account, not to us.
Why does my management fee keep going up as my budget grows?
+
Because most agencies charge a percentage of spend, which quietly penalises you for scaling. Ours is a flat monthly fee.
What's actually included in Google Ads management, versus just running ads?
+
Account build, keyword and negative management, landing-page alignment, call tracking, and a shared dashboard showing cost per booked job rather than cost per click.
Do you also handle Google Local Service Ads, or only regular Google Ads?
+
Both. Local Service Ads are usually the faster of the two — pay-per-lead channels can start producing opportunities soon after the account is active and eligible, which makes them useful while longer-term work builds. Depending on the market we may also look at Yelp, Angi or Thumbtack. Those can carry thinner margins or lower lead quality, so they get watched rather than left running.
